We measure the mold internally through specific software, while we entrust our reliable partners for dimensional measurements 2D and 3D on the die-casted parts.
Out-sourced workshops, thanks to their specialized technician and state-of-the-art CMM measuring and scanner machines, supply important information to verify the quality of the die-casted part and to bring possible setups on the mould before its delivery.
When the milling process is done, the dies are measured directly inside the machine, through specific software.
A touch probe measures the real dimensions on the mould and they are compared with the mathematical data. In this way we can see an immediate and reliable validation before proceeding with the polishing and assembly.
After the first sampling of the mold, on request of the client, the parts can be measured in specialized workshops through 2D and 3D detection with specific machines.
