In order to offer to our clients a complete service, we have the opportunity to make a sampling or a first production of the mould, which allows to evaluate through a preliminary step the quality and functionality of the mold produced. The aim is to deliver a perfectly functioning tool to guarantee security to the client during the production process.

Quality is one of the values on which Pialorsi Stampi focuses since the beginning of its history. As a company specialized in the production of moulds and industrialization of the product, our aim is to respect at most the value of our tradition.

When the mold is finished, a first sampling is made to verify the correct functioning of the mould and the compliance of the piece.
Once the required pieces are produced, a control on an x-ray machine is made, in order to verify the quality of the die-casted part.
Besides, on the client’s request, Pialorsi Stampi relies on outsourced partners to make dimensional control on the part.
After the first sampling, we make possible modifications and revisions on the mould (when necessary). Finally, a possible second sampling for verification can be made.
