In October 2024, Pialorsi Stampi purchased a new die-sinking EDM machine: the Sodick AG100L.

With strokes of 1200 x 650 x 500 and a table size of 1600 x 1000 mm, it allows us to machine larger parts with improved performance.

Why did we choose this machine?

The previous one had become outdated; moreover, the LN series power supply integrates all the functions required for high-speed, high-precision, and high-efficiency EDM processing.

Last but not least, the AG series features energy-saving design and technologies. Compared to conventional die-sinking EDM machines, the Sodick range can reduce average energy consumption by up to 60%.
